To scaffold IIS please run Install.ps1 in PowerShell Console as Administrator.

Install\Install.ps1

NOTE: you might set PowerShell execution policy to run Scaffolder.
If needed please run "Set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned" command as Administrator
