Added a new shell script for installing the Fenrus application in `install/fenrus-install.sh`, and a new shell script for containerization in `ct/fenrus.sh`. These scripts automate the process of installing and running the Fenrus application, including dependency installation, ASP.NET Core 7 SDK installation, app building and service creation.
